Like most hotels on South Beach this one looked a little old but you cant beat the price and the fact that its on 9th street and Collins is EXCELLENT!
Location of our room was quiet and teh attempt to serve a continental breakfast in the lobby included in the super cheap price of this hotel.
I saw a million better hotels on Collins St and Ocean Dr for around the same price give or take 40 bucks.
Very nice hotel, but about twice the price.
The location was right next to the beach and lots of stores/shopping.
Good location and the only thing i liked about this hotel is that is close to ocean dr.
The location was unreal - within a minute walking from the beach.
We lost a bag at the airport, and they were so helpful and encouraging at the front dest of this hotel.
The bottoms of your feet turn black while walking bare foot.
One of the bed's comforters had a burn hole in it, but other than that the bedding was clean.
The ceiling was falling onto the bed, the furniture was plastic lawn furniture, the bed was old and uncomfortable, just sagged in the middle.
The actual hotel and rooms are very nice, comfortable beds and very clean, pretty modern.
Comparatively reasonable price, friendly staff and the queen bed was large.
The bathroom seemed clean at first sight, but later I found a cockroach dying behind the toilet seat.
Centrally located right on the heart of wide-range shops, tasteful restaurants, and the sexy celebrity central culture.
The continental breakfast consist of basically toast, stale donuts, juices and coffee.
I just went to get some coffee at 6am, was admonsihed because I had the audacity to believe the courtesy contenental breakfast would be here earlier than 7:30am.
The hotel offers a "continental breakfast", which looked so miserable, that I only took a coffee.
No one else seemed to take advantage of the breakfast either.
Location-staff great and in the beautiful South Beach.
The hotel was clean and the staff was nice.

The hotel staff wasn't the most friendliest, but I think it was the language barrier.
The staff was friendly, the hot water was dripping out of the showerhead.
The down sides were no room service/pool/vending machine/elevators.
Upon arrival I was pleased to see a clean lobby area.
Location was excellent, the hotel staff was more than accomodating and the room was clean and tidy.
INCREDIBLY THE TOILET WAS VERY CLEAN, the continental breakfast was also pretty good.
The friendly personnel, clean room and fREE BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING.
We open the room which is facing the street & are pleased to see a large, clean room.
The bathroom wasn't beautiful or modern by any means but at least it was clean.
