  Great location and the easy welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore wonderful building, excellent service and lovely hosts. The bed was comfortable and restaurant facilities were fantastic.

  Great location and we liked the atmosphere of the hotel. Staff were superb and helpful, the room was tastefully decorated warm and comfortable. Loved that they did a high tea.

  Great location and a very good atmosphere. Reception comfortable and attractive, beautiful room, nice bar/restaurant. Loved the hot pools.

  Great location, ideal for my short business stay Price for a last minute booking was excellent and freindly front desk staff noticed I had a walking stick. The bed was amazing, the breakfast spread was good value for money.

  Only good location and being an older hotel did creak a little. Staff were very courteous, the heating was effective as was winter and the pools were great.

  Local attractions including hot pools and the location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and fresh.

  Other geothermal sites, to hear Elizabeth Marvelly sing at Rotorua Civic Theatre and i have been in many hotels around the world. Beautiful old world charm of building and front desk service excellent. We liked the comfort of the facilities.

  The fact you have to walk along the main road to access the hot pools, bathroom heaters turned off I needed windows open all night and would be nice to have had bathrobes.

  The location is perfect and thankyou for adding to an already enjoyable time in Rotorua. The building is so beautiful from outside you feel so good just driving up to.
