Located near great restaurants and coffee shops, this hotel was a convenient base for our city break. The public hot springs were a nice touch and the receptionists were polite and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was quite small and outdated, with poor soundproofing. Breakfast wasn't up to our expectations, with limited choices and cleanliness issues that affected our experience.
