Friendly staff, fabulous views of the ocean, everything is great. The rooms are extremely spacious and well-kept and they have central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV.

It has lovely and amazing location in Oiso as it's close to food stores, and the Japanese restaurant which lacked atmosphere. The rooms are impeccably clean, the bed is extremely comfy.

My room at this hotel was well-kept and modern with views. And the room's amenities were pretty nice! The location was wonderful for walking around Oiso Long Beach Aquatic Centre.

That hotel was modern, the rooms were neat and beds were very comfy. I was offered a room with incredible views of the ocean. The location was favourable to the supermarket for supplies. And it was also close enough to the park, and beach.

Spectacular ocean view, spacious and clean suite, helpful staff, modern facility, amazing spa facilities with rooftop pool and views of Fuji and ocean.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location by the sea was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any requests I had. The room was stocked with plenty of amenities, including toiletries and a refrigerator, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool that had a beautiful view. The garden area was also a great place to relax.

For families, I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel boasts of excellent spa and onsen facilities, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The vast choice of breakfast options is appealing. Rooms are well-furnished and spacious with comfortable bedding and attentive housekeeping services.

The hotel bar is not well stocked and is only open during a very short period of time in the evening.

Had a nice new year's stay with tasty complimentary breakfast and an amazing pool with water sliders. The hotel was situated near the beach and convenient to get to by car or train. The room was clean and had a nice view of the surroundings.

The staff at the front desk were not very friendly and seemed uninterested in helping us with our needs. some of the amenities of the hotel were closed during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Oiso with a breathtaking sea view. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The hotel had numerous pools and a water park, which provided endless fun. The location was convenient, with easy access to the highway and train station. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Best aspects included the fantastic spa with great views, amazing breakfast with plenty of choices, and the helpful and kind staff. We also liked the lovely mountain view from our room and the opportunity to unwind in the indoor onsen after attending a local festival.

We spent a weekend at a hotel located in a remote location about 90 minutes from Tokyo. The hotel had an expansive outdoor pool area that must be popular during the summer season, and we enjoyed soaking in the hot springs bath offered by the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful.

The hotel seemed outdated, and our room was spooky and smelled of old carpet. We did not have access to the internet, and the receptionists spoke little English.
