The location of the venue is favourable and absolutely perfect, near to Pantai Batu Buruk where there are lots of food stalls and Batu Burok Beach which is another plus point and the eateries. What's more, it's 900 ft from Batu Buruk Beach.

The location was strategic and the best, for example, Ktcc Mall was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Had a brand-new room to myself with fully air conditioner and toiletries, for instance.

That menu was missing.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the spotlessly clean and huge room with seaview. The hotel was in the beachfront setting near to everything especially the newly opened ktcc. And it was also just off the beach and sunrise, and a mamak-like eatery.

It was fairly nice stay, I truly enjoyed delicious food.

Booked a room with a private balcony. Great service was provided here. The hotel was located in the middle of the city. Spent a nice evening at Uncle ng Restaurant, located 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue.

It was a famous and exceptionally comfortable hotel in the middle of Kuala Terengganu.

I recently had a good stay at a hotel in the town center, near the famous Batu Burok beach. The location was convenient and offered direct access to the beach, which was a plus. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had a queen size bed, providing a restful night's sleep. The hotel also offered basic amenities, such as very cold air conditioning, which was a relief from the hot weather outside. Additionally, the breakfast included set items in an à la carte format, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

A couple of minor issues were encountered during my stay, though they did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Room and bathroom very clean. Nice pool. 3 pillows were great. Beds super comfortable .. fridge, hair dryer, iron. Large parking lot

Windows were dirty. Only two TV channels were working. Hardly any breakfast for vegetarians, far too many meat dishes

This hotel offers a fantastic location, just steps away from the stunning beach. The room service was exceptional, with a delicious breakfast served daily. Plus, the views from the hotel's rooms were breathtaking. As business travelers, we appreciated the variety of leisure facilities this hotel provided, such as the fitness center and pool.

The pool area was a bit outdated and in need of some maintenance.
