sineva beach exceeded our expectations. amazing staff, delicious food, and a great location next to the beach made our stay unforgettable.

Efficient airport transfer, friendly receptionist, clean room and bathroom, great food, proximity to the beach, amazing staff.

Very friendly staff, nice location - next to the beach, cannot be said for many hotels in Vlas; good food, big pools and facilities. The all- inclusive package offered a good variety for the food (I was pleasantly surprised). A very good place for a family vacation - like our stay, isn't in a noisy or a night-life area - which can be a minus if you're a young couple looking for that kind of fun.

There are two hotels. 4-star hotel is ok. Unfortunately I have stayed at 3 stars. Even if the reservation was made for four stars. It was already night and we had no alternative. The difference between three stars and four stars is obvious.

.When I closed the door, the handle broke. Did not anyone repaired two days !

Excellent location with beach access and close proximity to city centre and local shops. Polite and courteous staff. Rich and tasty food choices at the restaurant. Abundant free drinks and buffet at the outdoor bar. Spotless outdoor swimming pools. Great value for money!

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with beautiful and comfortable seating areas where senior people like myself could relax. The general areas were easy to navigate and accessible for elderly guests. I appreciated the thoughtfulness put into creating a comfortable environment for older individuals.

I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The panoramic views from almost all rooms at Sineva Beach Hotel were absolutely breathtaking. I could see the mesmerizing sea, the Sunny Beach resort, and even Nessebar! It made my stay feel like a dream.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I personally found one aspect slightly less appealing. The bathroom in my room had a bathtub, which I wasn't a big fan of.

I loved the wide range of activities available, from tennis to mini-golf and even a fitness center. The location right by the Black Sea coast was stunning. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and I enjoyed the afternoon tea-time treats.

Oh, and I just adored having to fight for a sunbed every day. So enjoyable.

Being very close to the lovely beach was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel and it did not disappoint. Additionally, the cleanliness was surprising for a 4-star hotel at the seaside. The hotel facilities were great and there were multiple options for everyone. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was always attentive and helpful.

No negatives from this place.

Food was an abomination, couldn't push twin beds together as they were bolted to the floor. Why, when the hotel was only a quarter full did they not supply a double bed

We loved the location of this hotel! The garden in front of us was beautifully landscaped, and we were so close to the sea we could smell the saltwater. There was even a small beach nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the daily service was excellent. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had plenty of options to choose from.

The pool area was always so crowded that we had a hard time finding enough space to relax.

I had a pleasant stay at a beachfront hotel with a great view. The room with sea view was a dream and I loved how spacious and clean it was. The pools were also okay, although the water was a bit cold. The beach was clean and not too crowded, which was a plus. The hotel also provided free parking, which was convenient for me as I traveled by car. The Wi-Fi access was good, especially outside of the rooms. The fresh and tasty fruits were a nice touch. And I appreciated that there were always enough baby chairs available.

Even though there were a few drawbacks, such as the food not being to my taste and the limited options for drinks, I could always find something decent to eat and drink. The animation staff was a bit disappointing, but it wasn't a big deal for me.

I don't like that don't have any electric generator and we stayed 36 hours without electricity, even for kitchen or emergency lights.The personal from reception was without no amability

Very friendly personal, tasty food, location very close to marvelous beach.

This is a decent 3 star hotel but no way 4 star as advertised. Also they provide sun beds only next to hotel pool but not on the beach. If you like laying down on the beach it is good to know you need to shed about 21 leva/day for 2 beds and an umbrella.
