Staff was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating, I didn't want to say goodbye!

I was there for 3 nights and ate at casual restaurant with a front patio. A balcony, an iron, and a chair were perfect. The location of the hotel was fantastic - within a close distance from Gyro Park.

Amazing location close to the beautiful park and the restaurant or the house keeping. Again, walking distance to Himalaya Salt Cave. Large room plus with 2 queen beds. Complimentary breakfast for the start of the day with meat, potatoes plus fantastic view.

Generally, liked this beautiful and comfortable accommodation with outstandingly accommodating staff with the sincerely capable and considerate efforts of ALL your staff.

It was fairly clean place, staff were superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating, and I loved my functional room. The restaurant was good with great food, I tried excellent dishes. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom here was marble. The location was stunning, not too far away from Baker Street.

Some of the staff were not so nice.

Fairly clean, hip new hotel with superfriendly staff. Amazing and gorgeous location to Cottonwood Falls Park. Good restaurant, with a front patio. Nice pool, parking outside.

I ate at a stylish restaurant with water view patio. Had overall nice facilities, such as free Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, and a hair dryer.

By and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in Nelson, had much fun and met outstandingly accommodating and accommodating staff with the management and front desk personel.

We appreciated staying in this hotel, it was exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fabulous. The venue's location was central, ready to go to the concert if was very easy to get a cab;)))

Beautiful place, immensely pleasant staff with the sincerely capable and considerate efforts of ALL your staff. The rooms with a nice desk and easy access to grass, for example. Nice pool, parking in front of the hotel. Marvellous and stunning location to lakeside walking trails, easy to get around. Honestly nothing to complain about.

Greatly enjoyed staying at the decent size and functional room with a great decor befitting a beachside cottage.

The location was marvellous and gorgeous down to the park. And we were so close to Kootenay Lake in Nelson, the main shopping street where there is a plenty of affordable restaurants and the "mountain side``. In overall the room was large and with all the facilities, internet.

Marvellous location near to the public beach, and the waterfront and marina, quick check-in. Enjoyable breakfast selection with potatoes, meat and fantastic view, reasonably priced.

The value for money was great and the room was really comfortable. The location was excellent with beautiful views and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast option could have been better, with more variety and fresh choices.

This was our second stay. Both times the limited closet space was even more limited do to the presence of unused furniture stored in the closet. Desk clerk says the owner insists on this but we can request that it be removed if we wish. Very strange.

Fabulous location on the lake..near nice walking trail along lakeside. Rooms were nicely decorated, clean , & spacious. Staff was very friendly, helpful & informative.

Not a good choice of pillows. Our room was across from ice & drink machine, so a little noise at times. Better insulated doors would be an improvement.
