  The bar/restaurant in the hotel had good food and great drinks, the staff were very friendly and helpful, within 5 minutes the room was very comfortable.

  This hotel was very nice and affordable, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hot water got hotter than you´d ever need. The breakfast was great.

  The hotel itself is in a great location for exploring San Jose and the staff are helpful and kind. The bathrooms are particularly large, clean, and comfortable, the food in the restaurant is reasonable and tasty.

  The staff were helpful and courteous, the bed was very good, nice feather pillows, the room was clean, the free breakfast was very good.

  And the price of the room includes a fabulous breakfast buffet and great food. Good choice for downtown, decent gym.

  The bar {coffee shop] plays loud outdated American music, roach Hotel and unfriendly staff.

  The hotel is located on a busy walkway and room seemed a little over priced as is not new.

  The drive to arenal was 3 hours long, the restaurant/cafe on site was absoutely delicious and our stay included breakfast was very good. The staff were nice and the manager Oscar was very helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean.

  The location, on the pedestrian area, is perfect for any reasonably active person, hotel is clean and its a beautiful building whatever your taste in music. Its worth the price and i highly recommend, the lobby News Cafe is great for lunch/dinner. The staff is wonderful and wireless is available on every floor as is room service.

  This hotel was great and staff were helpful. The room was fine, mini bar were a nice treat as well and the free breakfast left a little to be desired.

  Great hotel and quick service. The rooms are clean and citizens in the bar and the people watching is entertaining in itself. The restaurant food is good.
