President Abraham Lincoln Hotel

The location is central to all the Lincoln sites, the neighborhood - Downtown Springfield - is clean and staff is very friendly.

The location was very close to the Lincoln sites.

Public areas are quite impressive and the location of this hotel is great.

The complimentary Airport shuttle was on time and the driver(s) both to and from the Hotel were friendly and accomidating.

When I got into the room to unpack and relax I was overwhemled with the conditions of the bathroom and the bed linen, as well as the water spots on the ceiling.

I was put in an 8th floor non-smoking king bed room.

The mattress on the bed was firm and the pilllows were fluffy.

Good location, comfortable rooms, nice exercise room.

As chairman of a group that used 30 rooms and a suite, let me say everyone LOVED the hotel.

The restaurant food was average while the service was very good - - at least for breakfast which was the only meal I ate there.

The beds appear new or near new, pillows are very comfortable and the breakfast at Lindsay's restaurant is actually very good.

I went to Springfield, IL a week or so ago on business and was totally disgusted by the rooms and customer service by Abraham Lincoln Hotel ,and staff.

The front desk staff were on the ball, especially with all the conference crowd.

Free WiFi's in the lobby, great staff and the employees we encountered were very professional and nice.

The hotel personnel were cheerful and helpful, the staff at the desk was always nice.

The pool area was awesome, the fresh floral displays at the hotel were absolutely beautiful and the lobby was very clean and nice.

It's a bit old, but we enjoyed the grandness of the large lobby and the convenience of the parking garage next door.

One in the parking lot, one that connected the parking lot to the hotel, and the hotel elevator that took us to our room.

I'm glad we didn't - the hotel was excellent, the staff was extremely friendly and rooms kept very clean by housekeeping.

The Hotel was clean, all staff that we encountered were most helpful and friendly, the room was really nice.

The room was clean and kathleen at the evening BAR was absolutely amazing.

Furthermore the service was excellent, beds were comfy and clean.
