  The location is superb and convention to great shopping, restaurants night life, we arrived in San Francisco after a long flight from Sydney. The bed was comfortable, and there is nightly turndown service was nice.

  Location was good to Union Square and the staff were friendly and helpful, the Prescott Hotel was perfect for us. Our room was very clean.

  The front desk was not super responsive, the concierge was not knowledgeable.

  Union square is a great location, and 's great at night, the furniture and atmosphere is very comfortable, the beds are wonderful and the towels are fluffy and soft.

  The location is superb, just far enough away from the fun chaos of Union Square, and the hotel is really near tons of public transportation and the rooms are very comfortable and decorated nicely.
