Located in a peaceful area with plenty of halal food options within walking distance, this hotel is a great choice for travelers. Its central location also makes it convenient for visiting nearby attractions. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, with comfortable beds and good service from the staff. The breakfast is tasty and affordable with many options. The hotel also boasts a decent sized swimming pool and other facilities.

There is room for improvement in terms of the amenities provided.

Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The parking was ample, and the location was just perfect for our family. We enjoyed spending time at the hotel's karaoke room, which boasted great sound quality. What's more, we slept well in the spacious and comfortable bed provided in the room.

The one downside to our stay was the slow wifi. It kept disconnecting and was quite frustrating to use.

The location and friendly staff

1)I've stayed,on 22 Oct'10 and when i went to check in this month (Nov),I was informed by the staff at the counter my data base is not updated and need to furnish my full details again.2) Room show soap not filled up,had to call h/keeping.Need good h/keeping work by the staff.Suggest to have a checklist to follow when doing h/keeping so that none is left out.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a good sound system in the karaoke room. The hotel was also conveniently located next to the highway and close to places we wanted to visit. Additionally, we appreciated the cleanliness and the ease of finding halal food in the surrounding area.

I stayed there for 4 nights, internet only accessable for 1 night, the rest of 3 night, front desk staff only answer Internet problem and no further action. I don't English newspaper, so request hotel front desk help to change it to Chinese newspaper from 2nd day onwards, front desk staff seem like did wrote it down, but the remain 3 days i still get the English newspaper.

The rooms here are very clean and spacious. I found it to be great value for money. The air conditioning was nice and cold, and they even provided coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. I also liked that there was ample parking space in front of the hotel, and the front desk was available 24 hours a day.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The carpet in the room is dirty, not vacuumed. The breakfast items were limited, not much to choose from. The hotel in general looks and feels old.

The room was spacious and clean, which was a great relief after being on the road for a while. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the easy access to the highway. It made getting around and seeing the sights a breeze. We particularly enjoyed the affordable breakfast buffet, which saved us time and money in the mornings.

Although the staff were friendly, we did encounter some issues with the WiFi in the room. It wasn't accessible at first, and even when it was fixed, the speed was pretty slow.

As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, we attended our yearly convention at The Centro, the location is very good.
