Premiere Hotel & Suites New Haven - 纽黑文

The location is convenient to the highway, buffet-style offer is in place doesn't seem to fit well and the staff is very helpful.

Part of what sets the Inn back is the location.

As for the location, it's just about the strangest setting I've ever encountered for a hotel.

It was just down the street and the taxi drove us there.

So I had to call ANOTHER taxi to take me to the Bank of America down the street to put the cash into my account so I could use that card.

It was set up similar to a condo suite 1 bedroom with king bed & bathroom with an additional loft with queen bed and private bath.

My Studio Suite was large, comfortable, wonderful with the best bed I have every slept in.

My extended family booked three rooms at Premiere (two executive suites and a one-bedroom) and we all had a great experience.

I shared a two bedroom suite with a colleague and we each had our own baths and a full kitchen.

Nice bed, the complimentary breakfast each morning offered a lot of variety.

The train station was a quick drive from the hotel for us, the rooms were clean and spacious, the food at the breakfast buffet was good.

Downtown New Haven is just 5 minutes drive away, as is New Haven's 'Little Italy', so there were plenty of shops and restaurants within easy reach, and the hotel is particularly handy for Ikea!

They had a very nice continental breakfast in the morning.

A kitchen was perfect for us, breakfast was good and the mid week light dinners were also nice.

The complimentary hot breakfast in the morning was just what we needed since we had an early appointment.

I was upset and complained to the front desk staff but they didn't seem to know anything about it.

The assistant manager of the hotel was very accommodating and friendly, the staff was especially nice.

We did not feel like going out every night so we were able to order in dinner or eat at the managers reception.

The pros to this hotel are the breakfast and quiet pool/jacuzzi area.

Quiet pool/jacuzzi area, located next to a large IKEA store and this hotel must be due a refurb in the very near future.

Much more accessible too, better parking!

Unless you don't mind filthy carpeting, questionable whirlpool cleanliness, rude staff, un-wireless wi-fi and chipped bathroom fixtures, please heed the title of this post.

Fresh inside the room, a very nice clean kitchen and big sofa.

Room was clean and the breakfast was great.

The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast in the morning was nice.

My husband and I felt, however, that the rooms weren't clean (the carpets could use a shampoo) and the mattresses old.

Yes,the hotel is older but our room was clean.
