The lady who seemed to be in charge was very helpful and was very pleasant.

Rooms were a bit small, and the hotel smelled of tobacco smoke, this was dispite the no-smoking signs.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was good and offered a variety of options. I also found that there were plenty of parking spots available, which was convenient for me as I was traveling with a car. the hotel was located in a key location close to the motorway, making it easily accessible for travelers on the go.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the rooms were quite small and cramped, reminiscent of economical cruise ship cabins.

The serene surroundings allowed us to truly unwind and connect with nature. The hotel offers fantastic ecotours and hunting opportunities, which kept both adults and children entertained. Our little one, who is under 2 years old, particularly loved exploring the great outdoors. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and bond as a family.

My wife says that it would have been great if the hotel had a small playground or play area for children.

The price advantage is considerable. In a very calm rural area; however feels safe.

I had a pleasant stay at F1 Lyon Genay. The location was slightly outskirts, but it was quiet and away from the main road. The staff at the reception spoke English, which is rare in France. They were friendly and helpful, and even worked on the bill to save us money. There were shops close by and a supermarket within easy reach. The room was clean, warm, and had plenty of hot water. The free car park was convenient and the access to the main road was easy. it was good value for money and I would use it again as a base for exploring the area.
