Amiable, helpful staff with smiling face. Location very close to the center of Bordeaux as well as restaurant and bus.

We stayed at Premiere Classe for one night on our way from England to Spain. The staff were friendly, experienced, and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location just a few minutes off the main highway was very convenient for us. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and sparkling everything was. The hotel offered great value for money and provided all the necessary amenities.

Marvellous and absolutely perfect location, only a short distance to everywhere. Exceptionally comfortable bed in guest room with central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. Lots of fabulous options for meal.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was outstanding - I couldn't believe what a great deal I got. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were in excellent condition, with the tiniest of details taken care of.

I liked that you could check-in with a machine out the front as we arrived outside of reception hours. The cleaners were very helpful.

How far away it was from the city and the information available to get into the city. We were not sure where closest public transport was. Otherwise, it was good.

This hotel offers great value for money. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient, just off the autoroute and close to the airport. It's also easy to reach local restaurants and get around with municipal transport nearby. The breakfast provided is satisfying and the basic amenities are sufficient.

I could not sleep at night, The rooms are not sound proofed and you can here everything, cars passing by, people speaking outside.

The staff was very helpful and gentle and helped with the free parking.

The location is convenient, not too far from Castle Thouars. Furthermore, it's just off the local restaurant, the center of Bordeaux and tram station.

We enjoyed our short stay here. The hotel was very clean with great facilities. There was easy parking and transportation nearby. Plus, it was conveniently located near local restaurants for a meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
