Had an excellent stay for the weekend, everything was really good. Staff were best, room was air-conditioned and newly renovated. The full English breakfast was superb, appreciated its service.

Location: the hotel was near to tower bridge and Tower of London, the landmark and underground & river.

The units were tastefully decorated with a view.

And it's 15 km from London City airport.

The room was well decorated and well-kept with a comfortable bed and with three beds. The hotel was set in a central area near London Bridge and the Underground tube station, the South Bank theatres, and the restaurant and the restaurant staff.

The staff at Premier Inn London Tower Bridge went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We mentioned it was our daughter's birthday, and they surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and helium balloons in her room. The gesture was unexpected and truly appreciated. The location of the hotel was also perfect for exploring London, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of eateries nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

The staff were very friendly, informative and provided a very good service. The rooms are comfortable, the area is convenient for tourists and business travellers however the breakfast is great, much better than most hotels in this price range.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. the hotel is situated in a lovely area, just near the Tower Bridge, which made exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were large and kept spotlessly clean, with excellent mattresses that provided a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that any requests were handled promptly. Moreover, I really appreciated the inclusion of gluten-free bread for breakfast, as it is often difficult to find such accommodations.

One small area for improvement would be the free Wi-Fi connection, which was very poor.

Great value and excellent service! The comfortable beds and amazing showers truly made our New Year stay memorable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the nearest station and iconic landmarks. The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options to satisfy our morning cravings.

The room felt a bit dated and could use some updating. there was some confusion with the room temperature control.

Good location, if you don't want to stay in the 'usual' areas. Comfortable room; good breakfast.

It's expensive, although in a good location, and would be better value if breakfast was included in the cost.
