Good location and being close to a lovely park.

Good location, hotel was very quiet at night and the people at the reception were very friendly.

A great location with a tram stop 1 minute from the door.

The hotel has a contract with a taxi service, which we used to go to the airport, to avoid the problem issue of Czech cabs.

The hotel arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport when we left (for a fixed fare of 600 crowns), and our only surprise was that there was a place on the bill for a tip when we checked out.

Good sized rooms (409/410) overlooking the park - immaculate furnishings, very clean, great beds.

The room we had was a triple and was a very good size with nice, modern & clean bathroom.

A couple of reviews mention the road noise, well we were on the second floor, facing the street and park and we didn't have any problems with it - the windows are triple glazed and the room had airco.

If like me though you can't stand hot rooms open a window in the morning as it gets unbearable at night.

But, as it was December, we were able to cool the room by throwing open the window.

We only ate in the restaurant at breakfast so can't give a review of it - other than that the breakfasts are very good.

Breakfast was fine but unimaginative; friendly bar; helpful staff; easy walk to the river 5 mins or town 10mins; trams & subway very convenient to the hotel (buy the 80 crown 24 hour ticket).

The hotel is very clean and tidy, bar and breakfast room very miss marple - but lovely.

Our room was quiet, breakfast was good and the lobby/bar a comfortable meeting place before evening exploration!

We went for a lovely meal on the Sat night in a restaurant about 10 mins walk away called the Olympia, (address - Vitezna 7, 110 00 Praha 1.

Friendly efficient service, a member of your dining room wait staff was especially polite.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the reception, bar and an adjacent room to sit were very nice.

Room serviced every day and all staff are very friendly.

My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Premier Kinsky Garden for three nights in early November, and would happily go back again.

They also have a T-mobile wireless hotspot but you do have to pay for connect time.

Staff friendly and helpful, clean rooms, great breakfast buffet.

The Prague Castle is very easy, staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Rooms are clean and well looked after, all in all a good place to stay and would stay again.
