The hotel was very clean and neat, with excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good range of options. It made us feel welcome and special.

The hotel was well placed in Pozuelo which was fine for where I was working.

This is not a 4 star hotel - more like a 2/3 star. The rooms were very clean but the wireless was not a good signal in the room I stayed in.

And we were next to the railway station, Madrid via frequent regional railroad, and the centre. Was a relaxing base for business trip.

the room was decent size and included a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe, liked it. location: the hotel was just off metro or tram, bus stops and good restaurants. i had good experience and would return there.

Loved staying at a hotel that's conveniently located near a shopping mall, sports centres, a park, a spa, and an auditorium. The coffee bar had such a welcoming ambiance, perfect for casual meetings or catching up with friends.
