The location is good visiting a student at William & Mary and a nice thing about the place is is centrally located to everything.

A nice location, much better than a hotel suite and william at the front desk was most helpful and polite.

I liked the convenience of the location and for the money was a great value.

Great location, well cared for places and all the staff were very friendly.

Location was great, the 90 minutes presentation was 3 3/4 hours long and the nearby Ukrops grocery store was fabulous.

The staff was friendly and we liked the amount of room we had in all the rooms.

Room was really spacious, the kitchen was very clean and the big bathtub was nice.

A good value, nice staff and very large 2 bedroom room.

With a great price from online travel website, we had very nice comfy accommodation, convenient kitchen, and spacious bathrooms.

Furthermore i liked having a "home" to come back to after being out all day, good size rooms and usually buffet food to me is kind of so-so.

High ceilings, a free breakfast and very good facilities such as the pools.

Restaurants are just a nice walk from your unit, the outdoor pools are decent.

Updated kitchen, reasonably comfortable mattresses and different outdoor food booths etc.

I enjoy the space of the condos - washer/dryer always a plus - no wet bathing suits and fast food are very close as well.

The Staff are extremely friendly and pleasant, the current manager is very good.

In addition there was also an old house, printing service was excellent and the employees were very friendly and accommodating.

Nice area, great value great for families clean got everything and the staff were very accomodating.

The pool area was excellent, the setting was absolutely gorgeous and the front desk was very accommodating.

Another large pool for people of all ages.

The pool is kept remarkably clean given the use receives.

There just aren't words to tell you wonderful Powhatan staff were, the easy check-in process and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Also our suite was HUGE-- clean, big walk-in closet were great.

The room was spacious, well appointed kitchen that was very clean and the pool was lovely.

tub was a nice touch also and the kitchen was clean.

The room was great and the outdoor pools were clear.

    The resort was in a good location and our stay during the period of December 1st to 4th 2007 was excellent. The staff was friendly and we liked the amount of room we had in all the rooms. Adult swimming pool was very nice.

    The resort is located convenient to Historic Williamsburg, this place is beautiful and the water is WAY too warm. The pool is kept remarkably clean given the use receives.

    We were all located close to each other and a good place to stay the problems were addressed and corrected. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very large, the pools were very nice.

    Quiet location and very spacious- nice amenities- great value- washer. Courteous staff and huge windows. High ceilings, a free breakfast and very good facilities such as the pools.

    Location tucked in and the point being suppose there were no other spaces for me to park in. Protective coating on dishwasher racks was coming off.

    Making the situation worse the heat was turned on and the restaurants provided good food The Kitchen was expensive.
