  River view was great and our stay was pleasant and comfortable. My lunch was huge, unique, tasty, and the price was reasonable, bar in lobby seemed cool and had nice ambiance. Front desk was very helpful, the service and food within the reception room was fantastic, complimentary breakfast was also very good.

  Staff at the bar area, were exceptional and restaurant at Hotel was very good. Service went well above my expectations, the rooms for our immediate family members were clean and neat, the hot food was hot, the cold cold.

  The location is convenient next to the civic center, the hotel lobby is small and appears to be newly renovated, the rooms need to be updated and the exterior needs a little bit of renovation. The wedding staff could not have been more helpful, the free breakfast is very solid and good.

  This venue caters to weddings and is very crowded on the weekends, the bed was not all that comfortable, and the walls are TISSUE PAPER THIN.

  For the location the rooms are a good value and the hotel is clean and the staff is nice. The lobby is pretty and people are freindly and helpful.

  The on site restaurant was perfect and the price was better, taxi service was fine for our brief stay, the staff were very attentive to us. Showers were good, the Grandview food tasking was superb.

  All in all, nice place, a lovely reception and room service was fast and pleasant. Elevator serve to our floor was good and breakfast was generous and free.

  All in all, nice stay and very reasonable rattes, great staff. Our room was clean and had definitely been updated, the service and the food were incredible.

  The tv and fridge placement were not indicative of a good design, the staff were all quite friendly. The room and bath were spotless, the food and service at the Cocktail Reception for the wedding was excellent.

  The hotel did offer a shuttle, was a pretty good idea and the staff upon check in was friendly and helpful. This room, the second one, was spacious and the food and service at the main reception was excellent also.

  Rooms had a microwave and fridge, the television reception was just horrible, the bar downstairs was nice as was the free breakfast.
