In relation to the excellent price paid, it was newly remodelled place to stay with efficient service. All of the staff was delightfully helpful and efficient.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The staff was top-class, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The unit we got was good-sized and well-designed with modern bathroom and great views.

There is a lot of good food for breakfast. The queen room is soundproof and spotless. The location is unbeatable and magnificent, it's right by stores and restaurants in the area, the train station and kids playing soccer. Besides, the hotel is located 3 km away from Plaza de Espana...

Hotel's location was marvellous and absolutely perfect as it was close to the train station. Everything was great, however a few employees were not particularly helpful.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to underground parking and nearby street parking. The staff is friendly and bilingual, making communication easy. The rooms are spacious and well-lit, with reliable internet. The breakfast is included and offers a great variety. Reception provides additional services like photocopy and printing.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all amenities and popular places. The staff was friendly and helpful, with all employees speaking English and Spanish. The rooms were spacious and well-lit, and the internet worked well. The breakfast included in the price was a nice touch, and there were additional services available at the reception.

During my stay, I had a minor issue with the shower in my room. The half door caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

Very chic hotel with a great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. The main street in front of the hotel is not noisy. Beds are super comfortable and the breakfast offers a rich choice for every taste.

We have stayed here for 2 nights and had a good experience. The location was incredibly comfortable and perfect and the train station was close to the hotel. We dined at a modest nearby restaurant with local dishes. Everything was simply nice.

This nicely appointed hotel had a very central setting by near by cafes. The staff I encountered were amicable and excellent! Overall it was new-fashioned and soundproof with modern bathroom.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the friendly Eastern suburb of Madrid, as it is ideally located in the centre of Torrejón. It was also conveniently situated on the outskirts of Madrid, making it easy to access the city centre. The hotel provided exceptional service, with room service available 24/7, as well as car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering bell staff/porter services and assisting with tours and ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, with soundproofed rooms, a comfortable bed, and a mini-bar stocked with complimentary water. I also appreciated the in-room safe for added security.

I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

To the airport (at least to Terminal 4) you still need approx. 25min and public connection could be better. Top price-performance ratio!
