  For that price, i thought the hotel was great and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The bedroom had a large double bed.

  Price good for the location and a great restaurant upfront and a convenience store 15 feet away. Posada mariposa is awesome, the lobby, as depicted online is nice and very quiet A/C and no street noise at all. Most of the staff are very helpful and sweet, hot room without air conditioning, the Argentine guy that runs the one closest to the Mariposa is super cool too.

  The location was perfect, a continental breakfast was offered at the restaurant across the street and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the fridge was very useful and there was a ceiling fan and aircon.

  The location is ideal, the hotel is in a good position because is central in a quiet area of the town and the front desk staff is mostly efficient. Hopefully our room is just an isolated bed, many fantastic restaurants are right near by.

  The best location and lovely atmosphere. Awesome rates too, great staff and in the room I was assigend I missed a footmat in the shower and a modern toilet. Breakfast in restaurant opposite was decent and convenient.

  We liked the location and the service staff were excellent, this little hotel was perfect for a week stay in Playa. The front desk was always pleasant and helpful, bottled water was available 24/7 from a large carafon in the hall, a wonderful restaurant called la vagabunda.

  The location is close to everything, suprizingly quiet, the Posada Mariposa is a really nice hotel in Playa and rooms need a good sprucing up. Free breakfast is included at la vagabunda restaurant.

  Location is fantastic for Playa del Carmen, at the nicer end of 5th avenue, the hotel is in a good position because is central in a quiet area of the town and rooms are clean, beds comfortable and have a safe box.

  Excelent location, clean, and super attentious guys at reception, great, cheap hotel. Good option, good prices by booked, friendly staff and room was spacious,clean and the kitchenette well equipped.
