Cool venue, supportive and cool staff. Outstanding and exceptionally comfortable room with the kitchen and all the pictures, for example, good value.

Good value, HELPFUL service offered. Absolutely amazing and excellent place, new-fashioned rooms. The rooms in all the pictures with the bathtub. Great restaurant and rooftop bar on-site.

The staff were both cool and amazing. It was in a central setting close to everything. And it was also near to main avenues and restaurants and downtown Guadalajara.

The hotel's prime location offers easy access to shopping centers and main avenues, making it convenient for business travelers. The recent refurbishment gives the hotel a trendy look. The Roofbar Se7enta is a lively and active spot. The rooms are amazing, with perfect decor and spaciousness. The hotel also boasts a nice gym and a rooftop lounge. The staff is friendly and always available to help, providing excellent service. The modern rooms are mostly located around a covered courtyard, which doubles as a breakfast and restaurant area. The breakfast offers a nice variety of cold and warm options, with daily changing warm meals.

The bartenders could use some additional training in mixology of cocktails. Room service on the rooftop was a bit slow, especially for simple drink orders.

The staff were all extremely friendly, superfriendly. Really enjoyed the room in all the pictures with the bathtub, my bed was very comfy. I had breakfast in the restaurant and everything was amazing...

Fairly clean, boutique hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed incredible rooms and amazing staff. The room with the kitchen was good value.

Plenty of options, delicious food. Booked a functional and new-fashioned room with the kitchen and the bathtub, as example. The location was marvellous and comfortable and the staff members were incredible;)))

The location was particularly good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Glorieta Chapalita City Park. Really enjoyed the restaurant, where we had breakfasts.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to everything. It is on a main boulevard and just a short distance from the exhibition center. The rooms are large and modern, with equally nice bathrooms. The staff is attentive and supportive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The rooftop deck offers a great ambiance for evening cocktails. There are also several dining options within walking distance.

It is unfortunate that there have been issues with fire alarms sounding at night, causing disturbance to guests.

Its location just a short walk away from Plaza del Sol was favourable. It was about 16 miles from the airport. The food in the restaurant was amazing.

I had such a luxurious and comfortable stay here! The location on the boulevard made it super convenient for getting transportation. The room service was excellent, and I appreciated the option for laundry services. The staff was always so helpful in arranging tours and providing any assistance needed. The spa and wellness center was a great way to relax, and the back massage was amazing.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
