Well-designed and large room with big bed in great location, the isolation plus including traffic, I had everything needed. The location was marvellous - just 5 minutes' walk from El Fuerte Plaza.
Tbh Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was too soft.

This hotel has a beautiful and clean bathroom with a great water pressure and a beautiful sink. The beds are super comfy and the air conditioning works well. The hacienda has a charming and green atmosphere with many lovely courtyards. The attention to luxury and detail was unexpected. The staff is fun and friendly. The pool is great and the breakfast, though a bit expensive, is worth it for the convenience, quality of food, ambiance, and service. The hotel itself is a historical mansion, adding to its charm. The tour leader for the bird watching and walking tours, German, was very nice and informative. it's a charming and well-maintained hotel with a great location and a quiet atmosphere.
