The units were a nice size and huge with shared bathroom. Incredible location in general, very very helpful and accommodating staff at the reception desk.

This place is in an absolutely perfect location in the heart of the historic centre.

It had great location with access to Hanging Houses nearby.

Location so close to the cliffs, main square, and plaza mayor restaurants. Budget and gorgeous room with central heating and a flat screen TV.

The room we booked was huge and large with the balcony, a terrific valley view, as for instance as advertised. The property was in the heart of the city:)))

the hotel was ideal and the staff helpful, incredible location to cuenca valley. location: the venue was just off the bridge and convent, the center of the old town and main plaza in front of the cathedral. it was just a walking distance from figon del huecar, where you can have lunch.

I booked budget, reasonably spacious room with bathroom, terrace, for instance. Its location was great and incredible, just 5 minutes walk from Hanging Houses.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Budget tidy rooms, they are provided with the most amazing view, a balcony, a couch. The location of hotel is amazing and fantastic for exploring a cathedral and a theatre walk from the venue.

My stay at this historic posada was truly memorable. The room, which was an upgrade from the one we had requested, was beautifully furnished and had all the necessary amenities. The highlight was the double terraces with breathtaking views and a refreshing breeze. The hotel's location was perfect, just steps away from the main historic center, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast the next morning with a wide variety of delicious food options. Highly recommended!

Great location. Apartment was spacious and had good views.

I had two issues with the Posada San Jose. 1. It was not clear from the materials at Booked.net that the apartment was in a separate building down the street, not the restored monestary in the pictures. 2. Also, the kitchen in the apartment was dirty (some sticky spilled liquid in the silverware drawer, cutting board not washed...), and staff was not responsive to our comments about it - they called the cleaning woman who said it had been cleaned, and that was the end of it.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and wonderful - at a moderate distance from Cuenca Cathedral. We spent 1 night in double room with terrace.

I had the most mind-blowing stay at this AMAZING little gem! The room, oh my goodness, it was jaw-droppingly fabulous! So spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. And the view from my balcony? To die for! I felt like I was in a dream, overlooking the gorge with a glass of wine in hand, listening to the mesmerizing music from the band playing below. The breakfast spread was super, with a variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, assisting me with storing my luggage and arranging my early morning taxi. The location in the old town was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Location was excellent in the old town. View from the restaurant was fantastic -- and highly recommend the food, which was also a good value / delicious local specialties. The management/reception was very hospitable and let us use their internet connection to check our flights and print out boarding passes.

I was disappointed with the location of our room, which had no view and was quite dark, although otherwise comfortable. Be sure to ask for a view either of the garden or the gorge (higher price rooms). I have come to the conclusion that the better rooms in Spanish hotels are ones with twin beds, rather than double, so don't insist on a double bed.
