The location of the hotel is very good, the staff is exceedingly helpful and pleasant, the rooms are simple.

A taxi sent by the hotel picked me up at the airport and it was about a 15 minute ride to the hotel.

Interesting museum artefacts and they charge you a huge mark up - ditto on a taxi from the airport.

An open area, a mini-courtyard (maybe 20'X20'), is more of less across the hall from the office and the guest rooms and adjacent to the dining room.

I stayed in Rooms 10 and 3 and had hot water both times The water pressure in Room 10 was very good.

The rooms are nicely decorated, albeit dark, and the bathrooms are serviceable.

The food was fabulous and the location was within walking distance of banks, the Telgua office for phone cards, restaurants, the central market for arts and crafts as well as many historic buildings.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the three gentlemen that run the hotel attended to our every need, helping us get taxi, making us special vegetarian meals, and giving us restaurant recommendations.

I disliked that the water was warm, the food for breakfast was also fabulous.

They do serve dinner and breakfast for an additional cost, but we did not get a chance to eat there.

The service of the staff here is also top rate, very attentative and happy.

I've never encountered a staff so friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic about providing the highest quality of service.

Prices are reasonable, staff are wonderful to their guests and the employees didn't speak that much english.

THe cons: i think the largest con is the parking situation.

AM) but it was a huge hassle because we were told we could park in a lot and then all the lots told us they don't do overnight parking.

Like previous posts, there was no hot water and the shower was blocked so that after one person took a shower there was a standing pool of water at the bottom of the stone shower basin.
