We had a NICE stay in Lisbon adjacent to São Jorge Castle and Alfama, the most authentic and genuine area in Lisbon. It was marvellous pretty close to everything you need or want to see. The place was clean, we would recommend it.

Brand new apartments with mind-blowing automated service that is almost perfect. Super location, very close to all attractions with jaw-dropping views. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with great wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen including an electric kettle and cookware/ kitchen utensils. The air conditioning and flat-screen TV were a bonus. There is even a bar/ lounge area for relaxation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room was absolutely amazing, and we could even hear fado music when we opened the window. The space in the apartment was quite big for the two of us, and it was spotlessly clean. The hotel had excellent facilities, including air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. The location was wonderful, right in the heart of the beautiful Alfama neighborhood and very near the tram route 28.

The location was mind-blowing, super close to downtown with a jaw-dropping view from the 3rd floor. The fully equipped kitchenette, clean towels and sheets made our stay comfortable. The automated service worked perfectly and check-in/check-out was a breeze thanks to the instructions sent beforehand. The brand new apartment in the beautiful district had air conditioning, essential during the scorching temperatures of over 35 degrees! With easy access to tram stops, it was the perfect base for exploring.

Value for money was excellent and the room was spotless and beautifully renovated. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the old city, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Great location - extremely close to Chafariz do Miradouro de Santa Luzia. Great rooms, with a nice view. Very amiable and affable stuff.

I recently stayed at Hello Lisbon Alfama River Apartments for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything we needed. The WiFi was also reliable, which was a big plus.

I do recommend this hotel.

Great location, with beautiful views and easy access to the heart of the city. The apartment was well equipped and spacious for a couple. We appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the keyless access system, which was convenient.

To our stay. there was a strong and unpleasant scent in the apartment, particularly on the sofa and bed linen.

I loved how the paper-thin walls allowed me to hear my neighbors' every conversation. It truly added to the charm of the place. And let's not forget the pleasant surprise of finding a half-dead cockroach in the bathroom!

We had an excellent experience during our stay at Hello Lisbon Alfama River. Check-in was hassle-free, with a mail providing us with the entrance code. The location was perfect, surrounded by charming bars and restaurants with live Fado music. A must-see attraction! I highly recommend this hotel.
