The location was superb, all aspects of the hotel construction & design were to a consistant high standard and the buffet style evening meal was excellent value.
Location in old part of town excellent and the hotel is ideal for local ammenities.
A good location close to the many restaurants and the hotel is clean.
Overall a great location, old town and proximity to many good restaurants.
The location is great and overlooking Funchal harbour in the old town.
Location in old town, taxis are also fairly reasonable for standard journeys and the main roads are excellent.
The beautiful sea view, near to buses that go to several parts of the island and a short walk into the main town.
The staff were without exception extremely helpful and friendly, the bed was lovely and comfy.
Rooms are beautifully appointed and other restaurants may be better.
Furthermore staff all cheerful, our Junior Suite was very well equipped and breakfasts were brilliant being buffets.
