The wonderful location near beautiful agios nicoulaus, high quality and the staff were so lovely.

Exellent beach good service, beautiful location and above other reviews - great hotel.

A fabulous private sandy beach, great sea view rooms and the location of the hotel was lovely.

Another negative point: check out is at noon, while our taxi back to the airport was at 5pm.

With these no-frills airlines flying to every backwater airport all over Europe and beyond, I wonder why they are ignoring this beautiful island with resorts like this.

The room was nice, comfy bed, big bathroom, bottle of wine included.

The bathroom was large, the baby cot was there upon our arrival (I did send a mail to the hotel in advance asking for confirmation), the cleaning lady comes back before the night to prepare the bed etc.

However there were ants that began as 2 or 3 in the bathroom, spread to about 20 under the bed and finally totaled at least 100 crawling everywhere even on countertops!

The site is absolutely superb, our 2-room suite,.

We had a porto de luxe room with a great view and a huge bathroom.

The food was, granted, not haute cuisine, but there again if you want to eat well then you use a restaurant other than the main buffet style half board offering!

We were on half-board and had breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant (Nafsika), and lunch at the beach restaurant (Odysseus).

Serene's bar was wonderful, breakfast was great and dinner were very good.

Great facilities (SPA, pools, beach, beach bar, several top restaurants, large rooms) and faboulous service make this hotel a must.

Staff members were invariably cheerful, caring and proactive in anticipating and responding to your needs, either in the restaurants, pool bar or house keeping.

A beautiful view, perfect hotel and high levels of service from the staff.

Beach area is eye-catching and charming, overall porto elounda is a very nice hotel, helpfull : the front desk staff.

We were immediately impressed by the personal welcome from Alexander on reception and the attentive service continued throughout our stay.

The city near by agios nikolaos was perfect for going out in the evenings and the staff at the hotel offered great service.

As the spa was quiet most of the time i had the pool completely to myself.

Inside, the hotel is immaculate, we had a room with shared swimming pool, directly accessible from our terrace.

The food was superb and pool were all very nice.

The hotel beautiful, excellent service and the bathroom was clean.

Furthermore the staff is very friendly and the rooms are very spacious and clean.

The rooms are clean and the spa is one of the best spa's in the world.

Reception were extremely helpful, the rooms were very clean and the buffet breakfast was fine.
