It was impeccably clean and compact with balcony, good enough for a short stay.

Wonderful relaxing and reasonably clean hotel with attractive view to the sea and private beach. Lovely pool, absolutely lovely location on a really excellent event which had everyone involved.

The staff was exceptional, the bathroom was fairly clean. The food was fantastic and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu.

Beautiful, stunning location in Portinatx, really close to the sea and private beach as well as a beautiful bay in a virtually traffic free area. Also, into a coast line. Large and newly renovated rooms with a safe, a balcony, and a little refrigerator, etc. Exceptionally comfortable bed overall.

The staff was very efficient, the accommodation was wonderful relaxing and overall clean. I have stayed in guest room for 2 nights, it was complete with bath robes, a lovely view plus light bedrooms. The hotel was in an incredible location short walk to the public beach and the picturesque bays. The breakfasts were varied and the service was very good. I did not want to leave, spent fun time and strongly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, with all the necessary amenities, including a balcony where we could enjoy the lovely surroundings. We also loved the fact that there were multiple dining options, from the buffet breakfast to the poolside snack bar and beach bar. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and we appreciated the variety of choices available. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and even a private beach. We took full advantage of these amenities, enjoying relaxing massages and lounging by the pool. this place exceeded our expectations and provided a truly luxurious and enjoyable experience.

In summary, we had an amazing time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Good food, very good service and attractive view of the sea. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV with satellite channels in the room. Absolutely lovely location to Cala Portinatx. Found in a very nice area. A lovely restaurant and a sky bar available.

Wi-Fi was for 1 day and only even worked near reception. There was no connection in the hotel room. The first day the bathroom was not really clean. If you cannot rent a car, the way from the airport to the hotel is either difficult (by bus) or expensive (by taxi). About 50km

Decent place for vacation and enjoyment, recommended. It was truly a great stay. La Ciguena is walking distance to the hotel. 10 minutes walk from the property to Punta Galera.

We loved the variety of swimming pools, including adults-only and kids pools. The bar with Jacuzzi overlooking the beach was a cool spot for cocktails. The restaurant had a wide variety of dishes and quick service. The clear water and abundance of fish made the beach perfect for snorkeling. Rooms were a good size with great showers. The highlight was the evening entertainment, with different shows every night and staff who made the kids feel special.

the door didn't lock properly to the accomodation and would open when locked with a bit of force. Told reception who said this was normal???? Hotel is some distance from portinax town the walk into town is all downhill which isn't too bad but then you have to climb back up. pool areas are small and beds are on top of one another, the small pool is the best not too busy. The beach would be great if it had some sand on it.

Great staff, lovely views over the bay, everything is good. The room is immaculate and modern, with facilities you need. The service at the restaurant is exceptional. I would be happy to recommend and would book here again.

I recently stayed at Bg Portinatx Beach Club for a relaxing getaway. The private terrace with stunning views, sunbeds, and hot tubs was a highlight. Plus, the unlimited sparkling wine made it even more enjoyable. The child-free atmosphere created a truly relaxing environment. The nearby Zulu Lounge served delicious sangria and had free wifi. The clean and nicely decorated rooms were a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hotel offered a nice kids pool, ample parking, and a short stroll to town. The main pool and adults only areas were also well-maintained. The quality of food impressed us throughout our stay.

All inclusive includes alcoholic drinks, location is superb, food is excellent.

Must bring own poolside/beach towels?!?! No daily shampoo or soap (once a week) ?!?! Location is isolated with respect to _everything_ in Ibiza, so transport is hard and expensive, to anywhere.
