I had an amazing stay with stunning mountain views, particularly from the beautiful pool area at this hotel. The location on top of the hill was ideal for me as it provided peaceful surroundings away from the bustling streets of the city. Additionally, the cleanliness of this hotel was top-notch, and I was impressed by the facilities provided, especially the availability of parking and transportation. Moreover, I found the breakfast served here to be exceptional, and the staff who served me were friendly and hospitable.

The hotel location offers beautiful views of the surrounding area, but due to being on top of the hill, it can be challenging to access during the day. Luckily, free shuttles are available every 30 minutes, making it easy to dine at various restaurants on the streets. The rooms are clean, spacious with a beautiful view, and the breakfast is abundant with a good variety of options, making it an ideal place for families with children.

Some staff members are not friendly, and the customer service can be disorganized.

The cleaning service was infrequent and not thorough. The room wasn't properly cleaned and the sheets seemed dirty when we arrived.
