The hotel's location was great, especially aj in the dining area with a supermarket and shops within walking distance.

The room was reasonably large and brand-new and complete with excellent views as well as red wine. The location was ideal and exceptionally nice with lots of restaurants and bars right at the doorstep. The staff was hard-working and really helpful, so I would like to stay there on the next trip.

We spent really really nice time and did not want to leave there. This inclusive hotel was a suitable place for a long stay. The breakfast was excellent with various choises and various options too, the location was marvellous. The staff were pleasant and incredibly nice lot of the time.

The hotel was big, spotless and had nice hot breakfast. My large and compact room had a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and air conditioning. All the dishes were nice, nevertheless you can visit nearby Iguana Restaurant & Cocktail's.

The breakfast is hot. The location is incredible, especially aj in the dining area. The place to have dinner at a walking distance from the hotel is Restaurante la Montaneta.

Ideal base for holidays with good wi-fi. Quiet and spotless room overlooking the lagoon. Mediterranean decoration. Easy check-in and late check-out, obliging staff. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

Welcoming staff, great location next to Benidorm /Alicante /Denia, the town centre and Levente area and Playa and local transport. Central heating, a work desk and a TV with satellite channels available in the apartment.

The rooms were good-sized and compact with a lagoon view kept by the exceptionally nice staff. The service here was very good. They offered a bar in the reception. The location was great and perfect for me as it was near restaurants in the port area, harbour where the fish restaurants are, and Calpe for the Moors and Christians Fiesta.

Compact and well-equipped rooms with unbelievable views of the lake and the birds. Hard-working and helpful staff, comfortable beds. Location just off all shops bars, and the restaurant. Lovely pool, parking outside.

We walked everywhere, the location was particularly good, close to the beach. Moreover, it was close to both the port, side the Lidl super market and restaurants in the port area;))

Big and spotless hotel, location was magnificent and unbeatable just next door to all the main bars, beach, center and stores, and Very near to sea. The rooms were a nice size with required things, like a refrigerator, a microwave oven and air conditioning.

Great location, away from the main bustle but still within walking distance to the main part of town and a charming little harbor. All-inclusive package was a great value, with delicious food and local drinks included. The staff were lovely and always happy to help.

Drinks had to be transferred to a plastic cup when taking them from the bar to the room, which was only a minor inconvenience. Lack of umbrellas around the pool area might be an issue for those visiting in the peak season.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It´s about a 2 minute walk to the beach and some old roman ruins (bath house) are another 5 minutes away on the rocks near the beach. Also great views of the "Ifach" mountian. We rented the Apartment for 2. The apartment was very large and could easily be for more people, in fact it had a pull down bed in additon to the 2 large twin beds. Was fully equipped except for an oven.

The receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. She would only answer our questions with yes or no. When asking for a ocean view she just said no.... period. Very rude.

only stayed one night as had a villa booked the following day. The hotel looked and felt tired and worn out. Looks like its hayday was in the 60s and hasnt been improved since. Would need major modernising and investment to improve it.
