The room we had included a coffee machine, a balcony, and a phone. It was pet-friendly with free Wi-Fi.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were useless.

The receptionist/owner of this hotel was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in had two queen beds and was nice and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. The included full breakfast was a great bonus and exceeded our expectations, with a variety of options to choose from.
The cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved slightly, as we encountered some minor issues in our room. However, the owner was very receptive to our feedback and assured us that she would address these issues for future guests.
