Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort Phoenix - 凤凰城

A very long artificial pool river you can swim along, the location is nice too because 's off the main streets and spacious hotel that is conveniently located.

The location of the hotel made it easy to travel anywhere in the area.

The value is great, service is great, and location outstanding.

The conciege was very helpful, and had printed-out directions for the Heard Museum and the Car Rental Return at the airport.

I found the property to be very quiet and it felt like we were miles away from the city even though the airport and downtown Phoenix are both about 15 minutes away w/o traffic.

It is very kid friendly and with two children under 7 we really appreciate that the bedroom in the family suite is separate from the living room so we can put the kids to bed and have some time to ourselves.

Bathroom split with toilet, tub/shower in one room and sink/countertop in an open area next to the bedroom.

Room had a separate two queen bed bedroom, TV, bureau, credenza and closet - no security safe though.

The room consisted of a king bed , night stands, tv, washbasin and separate bathroom.

Clean, good bathroom, comfy bed, internet access point in room.

Ate two meals (one dinner and one breakfast) at the Off the Wall restaurant on the property and found the food was ok and very pricey.

We ate dinner and breakfast at the hole in the wall restaurant (I think that's what it was called) and it was excellent food and service.

We ate from the pool food/bar which was fine, and then at the Hole in the Wall for dinner and then breakfast.

There are two nice restaurant/bars onsite usually with entertainment ; sports bar, fine dining and sandwich shop and cool Mexican restaurant "Enchiladas" within easy walking distance.

The food at the bar-b-que restaurant was horrible - nearly inedible - but we found the El Paso Bar-B-Que in Glendale to be terrific, cheap and hugh portions - Have an ice cream soda at the Sugar Bowl on Scottsdale Blvd.

The service provided by the concierge, the bell desk, the front desk, the Coyote Camp, the Kids Koncierge and Housekeeping were OUTSTANDING.

The staff at the front desk and concierge could not have been better.

Room service was very good, housekeeping was excellent, and the recreational activities (pool, etc.

Free shuttle service available to sister resort at Tapatio Cliffs but that pool is a more adult oriented pool so we didn't stay long at that resort.

Tip: the drinks are $1 cheaper at the bar next to the pool behind the main lobby than they are in the Park.

Also wired internet was $12/day in rooms - wireless in lobby.

No wireless internet access unfortunately.

Rooms are perfect clean, the service at The Hole In The Wall Restaurant borders on excellent.

Place was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, our suite was comfortably appointed.

Meals at the hotel were fine, the staff was friendly and our room was always clean.

The hotel was very clean and we had a nice room in the south pointe area.

Very accomodating staff, a wonderfully clean well equipped room and delicious alternative to the restaurants onsite.
