Thanks very much you all! The place is fantastic and fairly clean, everything is excellent, it should have higher than 3 star rating. Good setting, it's near to Grande Prairie, Alberta, shopping malls and the airport at 0400. There's Starbucks approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

The location was great, noticeable in living area! And we were short walk to the airport at 0400, Grande Prairie, and other stores.

The place was clean and staff was very amiable and knowledgeable. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect and nice, just next door to Grande Prairie, shopping malls and Alberta. The food we tried was great and they have a good choice of meals to choose from. Had a good stay here.

The provided service was terrific. Besides, the parking was under ground. Everything was simply good.

I recently stayed at Grand Inn & Residence for a few days and it was an amazing experience. The apartment-style room was spacious and had two king-size beds, a massive tub, and a beautiful glass shower. The full-size kitchen was perfect for storing and preparing food. The added bonus of heated underground parking, which was secure and locked, gave me peace of mind about my vehicle and belongings. The location was ideal for my needs and the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely make this my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town.

I booked a large and quiet room with a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave. The service was terrific with parking under ground.
