I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I must say, it ticked all the right boxes for me. the attention to detail was impressive. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They addressed any concerns promptly and efficiently. Secondly, the location couldn't be better. Just a stone's throw away from various amenities, I was able to explore the city with ease. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and offered all the basic amenities I needed. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in keeping everything clean and tidy. my experience at this hotel was nothing short of excellent.

The hotel could benefit from improving air flow and providing air conditioning.

The suite felt like home with its condo-like setup, comfortable bed, and nice leather furniture. The fireplace added a cozy touch. Maintenance responded quickly to fix the broken thermostat. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling to Ft. Mcmurray.

The room was really noisy and the curtains didn't block out all the light. Disappointingly the hotel didn't offer any easter eggs or treats in the room, which would have been a nice touch for their guests during the holiday weekend.
