Our stay was fantastic, truly enjoyed good breakfasts.
Fab location in a very quiet area with the view on the river, remarkable staff, everything was good. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, including eggs and bacon. The room was clean and had exceptionally good views of the old town. Location in the center of the city was a plus.

The place is charming and centrally located (but discreet enough not to suffer from excessive noise). All the people who work there are very friendly both at the reception and in the restaurant. I received help in all circumstances and with a wonderful disposition. One really felt welcomed. Besides, the room was very big and comfortable. It was always very clean. The decoration was very nice and well cared for. It was like living in a small mansion. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The people in charge were always attentive to one's needs. And the best thing is that it has none of the "serial" aesthetics of typical international hotel chains. Instead, everything is tastefully done, in a personalized way and according to the identity of Gdansk and Poland. A plus! The staff has an admirable knowledge of the history of their country! I would come back without hesitation if I return to Gdansk..

The best and peaceful location, I thoroughly enjoyed almost everything.
The breakfast was sensational and great with fresh yogurt, local delicacies, bacon made to order, and the restaurant was good! I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a mini bar, central heating and an electronic key card.

This hotel is a hidden gem, located away from the bustling city center with a stunning view of the river and historic landmarks. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a classic style, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious dishes to start your day off right.
The plug in the washbasin did not initially work upon arrival, however, the staff promptly resolved the issue.

The hotel felt like a British Country House style hotel with all the comforts you'd expect yet was 2 minutes from the centre of Gdansk. The staff were polite, attentive and very helpful. We could not have chosen a better place to stay, we felt looked after and valued as guests. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Gdansk.
Nothing - it was as close to perfect that a city hotel can be.

Breakfast is very tasty and homemade. On a diet is not here :) no champagne and juice from bags, but delicious homemade pâtés and casserole. One morning the weather allowed breakfast outside - white starchy tablecloths, it was delicious... The staff, they're doing great, they're doing great.
The hotel (a small, old, beautiful building) is surrounded by buildings. On Saturday the construction works started at 7-00 am. The hotel is like an island between construction sites, a quiet standing river and an expensive paving stone road. During the day - construction sites, at night - the car on a paving stone every 5-10 minutes. It's very noisy and uncomfortable... Uncomfortable mattress, synthpone pillow blankets, all bent. Bad for the back... Very bad sleep all three nights. No kettle, two small bottles of water just on arrival, not refilled... There's no gym at all, there's no park nearby either, morning walks only in the city.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautifully renovated and comfortable hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and all spoke great English. The hotel is small enough to give the impression of staying in a lovely private mansion. The location is great, just a short ferry ride or walk from the town's historic center, with great views of the city. The breakfast was excellent, with eggs made to order.
Cannot find any fault.

I liked the hotel. It's not typical, it's not big. It's a nice lounge, the photos make it expensive and rich. We were offered an improved room for an extra fee, but we refused and we were put in the attic, or as my wife says "attic". Yeah, we asked to keep it down, but we didn't expect to go up that high. The price for a five-star hotel was very good. The compliment of half a bottle of rum is good, but my wife and I didn't even try it. Breakfast was on.
Didn't like the room in the attic. The style of the room is "Provence" or as I say "Grandma's repair". Bathroom is not perfectly clean, there are leaks of rust, divorces on mirrors. Furniture is scarlet. In front of the entrance is a sign that he almost the best hotel in 2014. Maybe 4 years ago it was very good, but now it's not 5 stars.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, providing easy access to the main square and attractions. Despite being close to the center, it offers a peaceful and quiet environment. Guests can relax in the little garden at the back, enjoying the tranquility. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with beautiful views of the river. The service is efficient and friendly, with helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is amazing, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes to start the day off right.
Some areas of the hotel, particularly the bathroom fixtures, are in need of maintenance and could benefit from refurbishment.
