The place has an excellent and friendliness staff etc all fine.
The swimming pool on the 8th floor is amazing.
The hotel is quite large, the 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious and breakfast is good.

Location close to darby park, nice walk to petronas towers, overall the hotel staff is friendly and we waited about 15 minutes prior able to get room cards. Breakfast spread quite good.

The location was very good and the hotel staff were efficient, warm, polite and more importantly helpful. The room was enormously big, kitchenette was fully equipped and breakfast was great. Pool was very nice & suit for kids.

Great location in kl', also accessible to Train station and pnb Darby Park is one of the best serviced apts in the city. The place has an excellent, maybe possible for bigger lobby as seems cramp a big group checks in and the staff are all warm and friendly. The rooms are quite large, breakfast is good.

Toilet would not shut off at times, the manager is busy apparently.

Great apartment in good location, the friendly cafe staff and the distance to KLCC, hotel should provide free Wi Fi access for guests. The room are spacious and breakfast is complimentary and average in selection. The pool and children's play are excellent and safe.
