  The location was great, free City tram was one block away would take you around the city free of cost and the price was also reasonable for this time of year. The staff were very helpful and apartment was clean.

  Value for money was because the couch was very dirty and pillows were very uncomfortable.

  Great view of Melbourne and perfect budget. S sporting venues and reasonable price. Some other staff and late checkout.

  Perhaps somewhere closer nearby could be arranged, water would not drain away.
