I truly enjoyed the quiet room in the ceiling of the bathroom and the staff were accommodating.

It was an excellent base for our perfectly pleasant stay. We stayed for 1 night and loved the room, which was cheap with 2 double beds & an extra bed. Plus we had WiFi and an iron.

The staff are really helpful, answered every question I had. Its location is absolutely perfect & quiet, very close to the wonderful Norman Rockwell Museum and other Stockbridge attractions and the Berkshires...

In a hotel like this - stain is unacceptable.

Convenient and good location close to restaurants was a plus. Visited Diana Felber Gallery, one of the tourist spots, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Booked a room in the ceiling of the bathroom.

The bathroom was tiny, I didn't like it.

Overall the room was quiet with an extra bed and the bathroom, as for instance. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, really close to Lenox, the wonderful Norman Rockwell Museum and western Massachusetts.

Enjoyed this hotel, had 1 quiet day here. The staff were really helpful, we had a quick check in and a late check-out. Its location was particularly good close to restaurants. Moreover, it was just off attractions in Massacusetts Berkshires near Tanglewood and the turnpike and Lenox.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to Stockbridge. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the bed in our room was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.

There were several negative aspects to our stay. The cleanliness of the room was also subpar, with dead insects found on the heating units and inside light fittings.
