  Good location, comfortable hotel and and fast internet computers in the lobby. Reception staff very helpful, lovely, spacious rooms and massively over tipped at the bar for a meal and a drink.

  Good central location, perfect classical hotel and the lobby is spacious and comfortable. Staff is very unfriendly and not accomodating/helpfull at all, the rooms are cleaned 3 times a day, breakfast is complimentary and delectable.

  Excellent location and good Central Hotel. A comfortable stay in colonial style, nice staff and rooms 501 & 801 about 43 sq metres and quiet. Breakfast is excellent, just great.

  The center is perfect for daytime visiting of museums and historical monuments, the hotel is only steps away from the Metro making this especially convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful, excellent shower pressure and air conditioning, the restaurant is the best in Chile.

  Near shopping area, excellent value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice large room, that was about and the breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of hot and cold choices.
