They were friendly and helpful, even taking me out for dinner when the restaurant was closed. The room was beautiful with a stunning sea view, and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. The snorkeling right in front of the resort was fantastic, and the beach bar had great service. The activity center was a bonus, allowing me some time to snorkel while my kids were entertained. I had a great experience at this resort.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Quiet. Location was fine. Staff not too friendly, although they moved our room twice due to plumbing issues and upgraded us to an ocean view suite. Expensive for Americans, cheap for Europeans! Great beach area, dive shop on site.
Food was overpriced, although it is an island! Little variety. Hard to get info from staff.... Mosquitos! Need bug spray for sure!

It has a nice beech and view. The staff is mostly friendly.
I have been there several times. The last couple of times I have been there, it has gone down hill. There is also a terrible problem with sewage odor throught a portion of the facility. Who wants to spell that while vacationing. The breakfast cost is a flat rate of $18/day. I only want coffee and this highest amount I ever paid for a cup of coffee. The place is worn. The seats next to pool are stained and worn. The internet station they have is very worn. It's so worn that alot of the keys on the key board you can't read. I never memorized the the keyboard layout so I did the best I could with this. The facility needs updating. As far as recommending to others? I would warn them and say go if want but I can't recommend the place.

The resort is located in a great spot close to many attractions. It's just a few minutes away from various popular places on the island. the resort is right next to the ocean, making it a perfect place for those who love water activities. The rooms are huge, ensuring guests enjoy their stay. the cozy bathrooms are very clean and comfortable, allowing you to relax. The breakfast is decent, and the view is stunning, especially from oceanfront rooms.
Despite generally great service, some of the maids can be very inefficient, with reports that sheets haven't been changed in one case.

This beachfront resort offers a prime location with easy access to the beach and perpetually-reserved beach chairs. Guests can enjoy relaxing by the sea, taking in the stunning views and soaking up the sun. The resort also offers opportunities for guests to participate in afternoon dives with experienced divers, allowing them to explore the underwater beauty of the surrounding area.
Some guests have mentioned that the food at the resort can be inconsistent and that certain items may run out or be leftovers from previous days.

We had a fantastic time at this resort! The location was great, with an easy walk into town and all the restaurants. As divers, we were thrilled to find that the hotel was relatively near the International airport and about a 20-minute walk from the center of town. This had concerned us originally due to the proximity to the airport, but it turned out to be no problem at all. The service at this place was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always willing to assist. The room amenities were excellent, with everything from ironing facilities to a flat-screen TV. We also loved the dining options, including a fantastic restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the facilities offered here.
Our only minor complaint was that there was one super annoying, condescending beach attendant who was out and about every day, telling us way more than we needed to know and nitpicking about everything. After a lengthy discussion with the girl at the front desk, we asked to speak to a manager, but unfortunately, nothing changed.

I had an amazing last-minute stay at this luxurious hotel on the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The reception ladies were so friendly and even took me on a tour of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the chef even gave me some leftovers of my favorite local dish. The pool was a great place to relax and the beach bar staff provided excellent service.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.
