The hotel is well located and location is great.

We would highly recommend the resort for its friendliness, accommodations and location close to town (15 min.

Great location close to the airport and downtown.

We were there for almost an hour past the pickup time, finally the Sunquest people arranged taxis to take us to the airport (I guess the bus forgot about us).

Taxi cabs and bus stop within one block of the hotel.

We had 2 seperate beds because if you want one bed you will only be able to get that in the Oceanview Rooms, oh and don't be fooled by 'Oceanview' most of those rooms you can not see the ocean from your window.

We were checked in and were led to our room by the bell hop, nice young man, very pleasant (his demeanor would turn out to be the anomaly of the trip) and upon arrival we informed him we had reservations for a King bed, not two double beds.

We were finally upgraded to a suite (Thanks Sr Fausto) in the older section and we loved it (full kitchen/bar/living room/balcony/two bedrooms/two bathrooms).

Marble floors, king size bed, typical hotel bedroom layout…plus we had a suite attachment with full kitchen, dining area and huge sitting area….

The room was brand new and spotless, with all new appliances, a wonderful bed, and and spacious rooms.

The food in the restaurant in section 2 was very poor, with the exception of breakfast.

The food was OK, the grounds were nice, but the attitude of the staff, the front desk staff, the manager and the pissy bar tender, (not including the bell hops and the Restaurant staff, who were all good guys) was just inexcusable.

The hotels main restaurant where you can go for breakfast lunch and dinner was horrible.

But the restaurant look like a cafeteria and the bar is also the same looks like a icecream shop.

Of the restaurants, Cilantro was pretty good, but don't order the fettucine carbonara at the Italian restaurant (which is very noisy).

Service was spotty, and the bellboys spoke better English and seemed more attentive to guests than the front desk staff.

Staff at the check in counter were very friendly, as was everyone else at the resort, although if you want good service from the waiters/waitresses in the buffet restaurant you are expected to tip well.

The staff at the Hotel were amazing and maid service was awesome.

The front desk staff were nice, beware of any kind of PRESENTATION they try to offer to you.

The surrounding area has many services, with a pharmacy, liquor store, two gyms (including an authentic Gold's Gym), spa, laundry, shopping mall, Burger King, Staples and restaurants within two or three blocks of walking.

A walk of about 150 yds out through the lobby and across the street would bring you to the timeshare section pool area that had a snack bar and swim up bar.

They have an 'adults only' pool with a jacuzzi, but it was freezing cold.

The staff friendly, rooms: They're clean and tons of fresh fruits at all meals.

When we walked into our room, it smelled fresh and clean.

When you arrive in your new, "clean," fresh hotel room, the dishes there may have been "spit cleaned" by the previous occupants.

Room was clean, air conditioned, and slightly musty.

The rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained.
