  Hot tub area and exercise facilities looked very nice, perfect place to discover Reno. The lobby is comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and clean, the frig, microwave and coffee pot served my needs just fine.

  The room was spacious as was the bath area, staff were courteous and all the employees were friendly and helpful. Hot tub on the 7th floor were excellent.

  The room and view was spectacular , was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful.

  The pool was great, the lounge area was accomodating and the rooftop spa was my personal favorite, the staff were exceptional. The room was very spacious.

  Lobby area and elevators kind of shabby and in need of remodeling, i loved the 24 hour hot drink room. And by the way, the instant coffee on the seventh floor is delicious and the pool in on the top of the roof of the 7 story parking garage and is very luxurious.

  Nice staff and huge windows. Good microwave and free Coffee. Excellent indoor pool.

  Great stay in a disappointing city, the lobby is cozy, the rooms are very dated.
