  The business centre was well staffed and helpful, our stay was perfect, the staff had left us a complimentary bottle of champagne and a card to congratulate us. My room was very spacious, the vibe in the bar was fantastic and the breakfast we had was excellent.

  Location good, very nice hotel and fabulous views of the river Thames, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Friendly and helpfull staff, clean rooms. Decent fridge etc, fully equipped kitchens and huge soaking bathtub. Restaurant had great ambience.

  The river view apartment are nice, the hotel is very good and the staff are all wonderful and helpful. The studio rooms are large and accomodative.

  Fantastic location and sophisticated hotel. Staff more than helpfull, nice large rooms and the restaurant for the evenings had excellent sushi and also other food.

  Fantastic view from the room down the thames and the restaurant was sensational, every member of staff were helpful. Our suite was very modern, oh, breakfast was excellent.

  My room had a fantastic view on the river thames, Westminster and tate britain, other members of the staff were friendly, in addition, the veiw of the Thames from the each suite was amazing.

  Nice view to wake up to in the morning laying bed, this hotel is fabulous and the staff are polite. The room service menu is excellant and always well presented.

  A wonderful and charming apartment in an ideal location in the very heart of central London, big Ben, great staff and the attention to detail was brilliant. The room was clean and the breakfast was nice too.

  The view, , is just mindblowing, this place is brilliant and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and luxury, the bar downstairs is also nice for cocktails in the evening.

  The location is great and the service was absolutely wonderful, the hotel itself is lovely, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable bye the way, likewise the reception staff are most helpful as was the concierge and bar staff.

  Nice views of the thames and great walks in the neighboring areas, trafalgar Square. Modern and every service imanigable, fantastic room. Good restaurant, we ventured downstairs and received our complimentary champagne cocktails.

  The views of the river, London Eye and parliament were spectacular, the hotel was fantastic. Reception clerk was very friendly and helpful, rooms were modern. Food was gorgeous, staff were competent.
