  The location is incredibly central and the hotel is just steps to downtown and is right on the creek. The staff is friendly and rooms are spacious. Microwave fridge are convenient and the continental breakfast is the best I've had anywhere.

  Best location in ashland, i just happened through town and there's plenty of free parking at the hotel. Lovely home away from home, the rooms are a very modern style and comfortable, front desk staff could not be more accomodating and friendly. The beds are great, the breakfast is included and was very good.

  Excellent location and wonderful place. The lobby offers a large sitting area, good staff and the room was super clean and quiet. The pillows were great too and the breakfast was outstanding considering was free.

  Great location and very elegant place. Nice fireplace in the relatively large lobby, wonderful Front Desk and the rooms are spacious and clean. Three meals are available.

  Perfect location to downtown, the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, other than this incident, the hotel was just fine, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was fabulous, breakfast service was quite good and dinner was Saturday night and very enjoyable.

  The bed was very comfortable, high speed internet and a nice little fitness area, the hotel was lovely. Staff were very helpful and room was great.

  Big city level of niceness then you'll be ok at the plaza and great place to relax and enjoy the beach. Friendly staff are also pluses and free high speed internet connection.

  The rooms seemed exteremly noisy for not being on a major street, the breakfast is mediocre at best.

  The location is perfect for the theaters and fabulous place and a gorgeous garden becoming of a snob like me. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the workout room in the lowest level is more than adequate.

  The location is excellent allowing an easy stroll to the square and local restaurants, the hotel is pretty nice. The staff is very helpful accomodating and creekside rooms are quite and comfortable.

  The location of the property is ideal, the decor is beautiful and the room has an interesting layout, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The jacuzzi is big enough for two and the bed was fine.

  Location fabulous for walking around town – park your car and leave, the value is exceptional, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean.
