I truly enjoyed its very kind employees.
The hotel was recently refurbished and fairly clean, it had very good wi-fi, its location was favourable close to Kawaguchiko lake. Central heating, multi-channel television, and a fridge in spacious rooms were awesome. Mountain view was a pleasant bonus.

My stay at Plaza Inn was fantastic! The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The view of Mt. Fuji from the window was absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train and bus station, but still peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I recently stayed at Plaza Inn Kawaguchiko for a few days while exploring the beautiful area. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from Kawaguchiko Station. The triple room we booked was spacious and clean, and the ensuite bathroom was also well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, even going out of their way to assist us when we realized we left something behind. The hotel had a charming old-fashioned vibe, and there were plenty of pamphlets with local events and attractions available. Additionally, the small lift made it easy to transport our luggage. it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel.
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
