The hotel was clean, facilities were good, particularly good location close to Fukuoka's shopping district Tenjin, transport for onward travel, and next subway station. The property was in the heart of the city.

The staff were friendly and helpful with maps of the area etc. The lobby and rooms were modern, clean, and well worth the price.

A 3pm check in was a little late for me, so I had to wait around a long while. It did state that on the description, I just (wrongly) hoped they could get the room ready a bit quicker if I was there waiting.

Great location - surrounded by good restaurants and shopping options. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, which created a nice atmosphere during my stay. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries provided were of high quality.

The Wi-Fi connection wasn't consistent throughout my stay, which wasn't ideal when I needed to work. The bar was difficult to access due to the lack of an elevator, making it inaccessible for those with mobility issues.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bed linens were torn, and there was dirt and grime in some hard-to-reach areas.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel due to its prime location. It is incredibly close to the subway station and the shopping street. Moreover, the hotel facilities were excellent; they had a coin laundry service which was really convenient for me, and the hotel was very clean. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was really delicious and at a reasonable price. Lastly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay.
