        The staff were helpful and booked us a tour as soon as we got there, our room was spacious comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good too.

        Good location good staff, just 2 minutes walking to reach Copacabana Beach and the hotel service is very professional and efficient. The front desk is happy to arrange tours as well, the concierge are brilliant as are the blokes on the door and clean rooms and fair breakfast buffet.

        Location was very good and value was great. Staff were relatively friendly, bathrooms were more than adequate and breakfast to say the least was magnificent, clean and a choice beyond words. The fruit salad was excellent.

        Good location for shopping, only minutes away from the famous beach and its a very clean, modern hotel. Reasonable rates and friendly staff. Lots of hot water, great breakfast and fresh fruit juices were tasty.

        Staff are helpful and the location is great, the hotel is very clean and well maintained, breakfasts were plentiful and there is a lovely rooftop bar and pool.

        The only fairly good view is from the terrace on top of the building, beds are uncomfortable.
