The hotel had a great view of the city skyline and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the convenient location, as it was close to many attractions in the area. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to choose from, which was a nice touch.
We had a terrible experience during our New Year's stay. The hotel had overbooked rooms, so when we arrived we were greeted with a dirty room and no other options available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on the main avenue made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful Baia Norte views. The staff here were incredibly attentive and friendly, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Over the Thanksgiving weekend, my partner and I stayed at a hotel with some pros. the complimentary breakfast buffet was decent and quite filling, we had options of bread, croissants, cereal and eggs. the hotel's location was great. It was only a short walk away from the beach and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to enjoy. Lastly, the room had a nice view, with lots of natural light coming in and two comfortable chairs where we could chill and enjoy the view.
There were also some pretty big cons that overshadowed our stay. The room that we were given was really small and cramped.
