The location is perfect, close to banks, pharmacies, tour agencies, restaurants and nightclubs and located right on the beach!

I agree that the location is fabulous, and the neighborhood is charming.

The location is great-walking one block from the hotel we felt very much in Mexico and close to everything.

Shared a cab with some other folks to the airport, although the taxi driver tried to shaft me and seemed put-off by the extra passenger.

We shared a taxi with someone when we went back to the airport.

Our room had a king bed and the bathroom was small, but we rarely stayed in the room other than to sleep or take an afternoon siesta.

The maids kept the room tidy and every night we came back to a paper animal on our bed or in the bathroom.

The room was very small and the bathroom didn't have a tub just a small shower, and you didn't have enough room in there to hardly sit on the toilet it was so small.

In a standard room you must have to hop across the bed to get to the bathroom.

The shower overflowed into the bathroom & then into the bed room, as I soon found out.

We usually ate breakfast and lunch at the hotel, but went to differents restaurants for dinner.

The restaurant had excellent food and service ( we were not all -inclusive but had the buffett breakfast and enjoyed!

We ate in the restaurant as we had bought the all inclusive; breakfast everyday, most lunches, and about half our dinners.

There is some form of entertainment every night in the restaurant/bar.

This boutique hotel features clean basic rooms, a couple of different pools, and a decent restaurant/bar.

The service was great by all members of the staff, bar, waiters, maids, front desk, maintenance.

Overall good service, the front desk staff at check-in were very nice and the rooms were clean.

Providing an exceptional view of our 'superior' room, some of the hotel staff were friendly and the maid service was overall good.

I liked that there is an adult quiet pool, a mixed pool, a toddler pool and a large jacuzzi, all of which are clean and well-maintained.

Lobby is beautiful tile & furniture, open & airy, with walk thru to pool and fully modern bathrooms; clearly a recent renovation.

8:00 AM and beach chairs and pool not available till 10:00 AM.

The rooms are clean and the pool is great.

The staff was excellent very friendly and professional, our room was always clean we returned, breakfast was very good repetative.
